Tachograph Integration
Work with DDD files in GLONASSoft
In accordance with the requirements of Order #440 of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation (Appendix 3), tachograph data must be regularly downloaded at least once every 28 days and must be stored for one year . To control compliance with these requirements, the GLONASSoft transport monitoring platform implements support for working with DDD files — standard data files containing information about drivers' work and rest periods. The functionality allows centralized storage, management, and downloading of DDD files directly in the system interface. All data is archived in compliance with deadlines and structured for convenient search, which simplifies preparation for inspections and internal control. For files to appear in the system, they must be requested from the tachograph through the terminal. To do this, a command must be sent to the terminal to download data from the tachograph to the server. For example, the UMKa302 terminal uses the TACHOGETDDD X,Y command - where X is the card slot number (1 or 2), Y is the server number (0 - main, 1 - additional, 2 - alternative). This functionality is already included in the basic tariff. You can learn more about DDD reports in the Wiki article.
